Want a fast way to search for Short Sales on the Long Island MLS?   There’s a short-cut button on my website which will display all the available short sales with one click.  Dix Hills and Melville are pre-selected – but you can change that to search for short sales in any area on Long Island by selecting the Towns you want.  Start typing and then select Town from the drop-down list.  Click Search at bottom of page and then click on the Results tab to display the listings if it doesn’t open automatically.  Move mouse over the green “push-pins” on the map for a thumb-nail pop-up to locate homes.
