SRES, Seniors Alliance – Programs That Benefit Seniors
How does a REALTOR@ with an SRES and a member of Seniors Alliance benefit a Senior when considering a move?
SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) – is a designation awarded by the National Association of Realtor to those agents who have demonstrated the knowledge and expertise necessary to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involving relocation, refinancing or a home. An agent with an SRES designation has received special training, receives regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
Seniors Alliance – is the means for providing that centralized source for a wide variety of senior-specific services. SR Alliance (Seniors Alliance) is a team of professionals from your community – working together to provide the highest level of expertise - readily available to provide that needed resource to you through one contact. Our group meets locally once a month and is composed of professionals from the Huntington and Smithtown areas. Our membership includes experts in financial services, medical and non-medical homecare, legal and accounting and housing related services. Each person of our team is committed to finding ways to make sure that your problems get solved - by providing the right expert to help assess the full implications and to provide the right information, resources and options available to you. Our SR Alliance group is one of hundreds of SR Alliance teams that have been formed throughout the country with the same mission and purpose of serving seniors. Located in almost every major city and many smaller cities, these teams and their resources are available to you also.
